Ted was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. He joined the military after high school and later became a police officer. After 9/11, Ted re-enlisted and was deployed to Iraq. Ted is a proud combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient and assistant police chief for the city of Portage. Ted has spent his life giving back to our community.
